At Dirndl Delights, we stand behind the quality of every item we sell. This policy explains how returns and refunds work, what happens if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, and how order cancellations are handled.

What Qualifies for a Return & Refund?

Returns and refunds are offered for damaged or incorrect items. If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or defective, you are entitled to return it for an Exchange or a full refund with no deductions.

If you received the wrong item (incorrect product, wrong size shipped by us, etc.), you can return it, and we will send you the correct item free of charge including free return and replacement shipping.

Return Timeline

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You must contact our support team within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return request.
  • Requests made after these deadlines may not be accepted.

How to Return an Item

Step 1

Email Our Support Team

Send an email to support@dirndldelights.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and size
  • Reason for return (damaged or wrong item)
  • Clear photos showing the damage or the incorrect item received

Step 2

Receive Confirmation & Return Form

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1—2 business days. Once approved, we will email you a Return Form and the US Warehouse Address.

Step 3

Ship the Item Back

Pack the item with the completed Return Form and ship it to the provided warehouse address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Shipping cost:

For damaged and incorrect items, Dirndl Delights will reimburse your return shipping cost. Please keep your shipping receipt; our team will arrange the reimbursement once the parcel is received.

Step 4

Inspection

Once we receive your parcel, our team will inspect the item within 2—3 business days. We will notify you via email whether the return has been approved.

Step 5

Refund Processed or Correct Item Shipped

Once your return is approved:

Damaged item → Full Refund: Refund processed within 5 business days after approval to your original payment method.

Wrong Item → Replacement Sent: The correct item will be shipped on the next business day at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are issued only for damaged items.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
  • The refund will be reflected in your account within 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • No deductions will be made on refunds for damaged or incorrect goods.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@dirndldelights.com, and we will investigate the matter immediately.

Received the Wrong Item?

  • Ship the wrong item back to us. We will reimburse your return shipping cost.
  • Once we receive and inspect it, we will ship the correct item free of charge, no additional shipping fees, whether domestic or international.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Before Shipment

Cancellation Accepted

You can cancel your order before it's shipped. A 20% deduction will be applied to cover administrative and payment processing costs. The remaining 80% will be refunded to your original payment method.

After Shipment

Cannot Be Cancelled

We are unable to cancel or modify the order once it has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

No Deduction

No deduction will be made in case of damaged or incorrect goods. You will receive a full refund or a free replacement.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't like the item. Can I return it for a refund?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If the size doesn't fit, you can use our Size Exchange Policy.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us at support@dirndldelights.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement item free of cost or a refund.

I received the wrong item. Do I have to pay for shipping?

No. We cover all shipping costs, both for returning the wrong item and for sending you the correct one.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. It may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

What if it's been over 15 days and I haven't received my refund?

Please contact us at support@dirndldelights.com with your order number, and we will investigate right away.

Can I cancel my order after it's shipped?

No. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Why is 20% deducted on cancellations?

The 20% applies only to orders canceled before shipment and covers payment processing and administrative costs. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. This deduction does not apply to damaged or incorrect item refunds, which are always refunded in full.
