Thank you for shopping with Dirndl Delights! We hope you loved your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may be eligible for a store credit or an exchange. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy below for detailed information.

Return & Refund Policy 

To complete a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer under any circumstances. Additionally, returns will not be accepted for orders containing multiple sizes purchased solely for the purpose of trying on different fits. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. The returned items must be new, unused, and include all original tags and labels. In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted, depending on the condition and reason for return.

Conditions for Returns & Refunds

No size exchanges are allowed on free items. 

Order Cancellation Policies

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement since we process shipments within this timeframe.

  • If an order is canceled before shipping, the standard return & refund process applies.

Incorrect Address Issues

  • If an item is sent to an incorrect address due to a customer’s mistake, we cannot offer a refund under our policy.

Carrier & Shipping Issues

  • If an error occurs on the shipping carrier’s end, we will fully support you in resolving the issue.

  • Dirndl Delights is not liable for any loss caused by shipping carriers.

Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • We offer a 14-day return policy only for damaged or incorrectly shipped items.

Duties & Taxes

  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon receiving the order.

  • The exact amount depends on your country's import laws and will be collected by your shipping carrier.

Refund Processing

  • A full refund will be issued within 2-4 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase (e.g., PayPal).

Exchange Options

  • Customers can exchange items in certain cases.

  • We also offer store credit and discount coupons to help you shop for different items at the lowest possible prices.

Transaction Fee

  • A 20% transaction fee will be deducted from all refunds, regardless of the reason for return.
