We offer a 14-day right of return for damaged or incorrectly shipped items only. Once the refunded products are received in their original form as shipped, we maintain a guaranteed money-back policy. Goods purchased at support@dirndldelights.com can be refunded at full product price.

Duties and Taxes may apply depending on the country where you are receiving the shipment. The customer (you) will be liable to pay these at the time of receiving the order collected by your shipping career. The small amount of duty and taxes is dependent on your country's laws of import.

We do not accept returns of items which has been purchased in multiple sizes to check and send back the other sizes. This costs company shipping, handling, and stock-out issues. In this case, a return request will not be accepted.

Note that the following points should be fulfilled to authorize the refund:

• Items should not be damaged.

• Items should not be purchased for more than 14 days.

• The customer will bear the shipping and handling cost(s).
